How did you become a Daystar Singer?
I grew up going to the same church that Joni attended in South Carolina, so she was familiar with my singing. I’ll never forget how kind and loving she was to me as an awkward teen going through a very interesting blue eyeshadow phase. Over the years, we remained friends even though she married and moved away. When the time came to form the Daystar Singers, Joni asked me to be a part of the group and I’ve been here ever since!
What is your favorite memory as a Daystar Singer, and why?
Some of my favorite memories involve our prison ministry trips. It’s amazing to see hearts and lives change as the love of God is poured out through worship. Those moments are something I’ll always treasure.
